I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with 8+ years of experience helping people feel their best — whether on the field, in the gym, or just in everyday life.

I've lived both sides of nutrition: as an elite soccer player, I know the demands of training and competition, and as someone who recovered from glandular fever, I've experienced how crucial it is to fuel your body to heal and regain energy. That journey taught me what it really means to nourish yourself — and how small, practical changes can make a huge difference.

I take a whole-person, non-diet approach, helping you build habits that last. Whether you're recovering from illness, chasing performance, or simply wanting to feel better in your daily life, I'll work with you to create a plan that fits your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.
